PRE tube furnaces for annealing of tubular heaters
The RIVA PRE series is destined for annealing of tubular heating elements. The custom made furnaces are available with desired number of guiding tubes. The process is fully automatic. Different versions are prepared for protective atmospheres with low hydrogen content (for normal annealing) or high hydrogen content ( 75-95% for bright annealing ). Due to the possibility to cut-off the atmosphere inflow to each tube, the furnaces are flexible and economical in use.
